to meet our customers' requirements. These include:
Embossing
We offer
our customers the ability to emboss steel and aluminum coils up
to 63"/66" width in gauges from .017" to .084"
weighing up to 20,000 pounds.
Cut to length
We offer
the ability to level steel and aluminum coils to a desired length.
We can handle coil widths up to 60" in gauges up to .071".
Press braking
We
will roll form materials supplied by our customers as required.
Slitting
We
have two slitting lines at our facility. We offer our customers
the ability to slit up to 24" coils in gauges up to .125".
Warehousing
We
offer our customers the ability to warehouse their materials
or finished products (in the Chicago area) in our 90,000 square
foot facility.
Curving
We
can supply your company with curved panels for specialized projects
such as hush houses, Quonset huts, airports, and specialized architectural
buildings.
Containerized shipping
Unlike most of our competitors, Corrugated Metals,
Inc. offers our customers the ability to load closed-top, ocean-going,
containers for overseas shipments.
